By booking your place at this event you are entering into a binding agreement. Please note that payment is still required for any booking that is cancelled after the cancellation date. We will confirm your booking within two working days. If you do not receive confirmation within this time, please contact us to confirm your booking.
Participation in any workshop/masterclass at Loyalty 2012 is subject to final approval by the Organisers and the Workshop/Masterclass Facilitator.
Payment: Payment may be made by credit card at the time of booking or by invoice if requested and agreed by us. Full payment must be received in cleared funds no less than 2 working days before the event takes place or admittance may be refused. Payment must also be made in full for cancellations made within 31 days of the event date.
Insurance: You are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance, as we will not accept any liability for travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of a possible event cancellation or postponement. In any event, the Conference Secretariat will not accept liability for any loss, including incidental or consequential damages etc
Companies are not permitted to book meeting space at the Event venue without prior permission from the Event Organisers.

If you cancel on or before the 24 January 2012, 25% of conference fee will be charged as an administration charge. If you cancel
after the 24 January 2012 no refunds are possible, including non-attendance at the conference. You are welcome to make a substitute at any time.
PLEASE NOTE it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the venue and content, or the timing of the programme.
Cancellation of the event
In the event that Loyalty 2012 is cancelled by the organizers, a full refund will be made of any booking fees paid. However, if the event is postponed for reasons beyond the direct control of the organizers, this booking will be transferred to the revised date of the event and all these Terms and Conditions shall apply to any such transferred booking.
Visa Invitation Letters: If a Visa application is declined and you wish to cancel your place more than 31 days before the Conference, we will refund the amount paid less an administration fee of £100 (or currency equivalent). If your Visa is declined within 31 days of the Conference taking place and you can provide evidence of this to our satisfaction, we will refund the amount paid less an administration fee of £100 (or currency equivalent). However if you cannot provide such evidence, no refund will be given.
Loyalty Link
All delegates will automatically be registered for Loyalty Link. One month prior to the event each delegate will have the opportunity to request formal face-to-face meetings with fellow delegates. Each delegate will have the opportunity to accept or ignore such meeting requests.
