VAT is charged at 19%

Included in the Delegate Fee:
Attendance at this three day event, conference welcome drinks reception, conference coffee networking breaks, lunch on day two and three of the conference. The delegate fee does not include travel to or from the conference, or hotel and accommodation costs.

Discounts Available

Airline Business and Global Flight and delighted to offer the following discounts to attendees at Loyalty 2012:

1) Extra Early Bird Rate: Booking before the 9th September 2011 will save suppliers up to €400 and airlines and their loyalty partners up to €170

2) Group Bookings for airlines/loyalty partners only:

Register three delegates in one booking, from one organisation and get a 50% discount on the 3rd delegate fee.

Register four or more delegates in one booking, from one organisation and get a 75% discount on the 4th and subsequent delegate fees.

Definition of Airline/FFP Partner and Supplier

Airline attendees must be primarily employed as the representative of their airline not as a consultant. Consultants are defined as a supplier and must register under this category.

FFP Partners must be those directly employed by a non-airline organisation that runs its own customer facing loyalty scheme. FFP Partners include hotel chains, restuarant chains, car hire firms and other customer facing companies with partner deals with airlines.
